Our traditional brick wood-fired ovens

Since 1981, Four Grand-Mère has been making solid, authentic wood-fired ovens in France, designed to last a lifetime. Built in refractory fireclay with a brick vault and floor, the furnaces in the Excellence range offer you both beautiful flame cooking and exceptional inertia.

Bread and pizza ovens made in the traditional way

The ovens in the Excellence range are traditional wood-fired ovens, built by hand in our workshops in the Vosges. Made from refractory chamotte produced in France, they are also hand-lined with terracotta bricks.

The 8 cm thick firebrick floor and vault are a real charm, guaranteeing powerful, even heat that will be gently released for over 30 hours.

The most popular Grand-Mère oven for over 40 years! Thanks to its 80 cm diameter floor, you can prepare 3 pizzas, 4 casseroles or 4 kg of bread at the same time.

La Carriole: The traditional mobile oven

Mobile Turnkey

Thanks to its stagecoach-inspired wheels, La carriole, the same size as Le Campagnard, can be moved with the seasons, indoors or outdoors.
